Subscription Terms:
The ThetaLoop Research subscription is provided in English and directed at international retail options traders. The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Withdrawal Policy are presented for review during the subscription flow and must be accepted before purchase. If you reside in the European Union and require a German-language copy of these documents for review, please request it at thetaloopsignals@gmail.com — we will send the German PDF versions free of charge.

Data Collection:
This website does not set cookies and does not use tracking pixels. No user accounts, no login, no registration, and no newsletter signup are offered on this website. Paid subscribers provide their email address during Whop checkout; that membership email may be mirrored to Brevo only for daily email report delivery while the Whop membership is active or paid-through. Brevo email unsubscribe suppresses daily email reports only and does not cancel or modify the Whop membership.

Local Browser Storage (localStorage):
A small number of functional values are kept in your browser's localStorage. Watchlist, recently viewed tickers and UI dismissal flags remain on your device until you clear them. Campaign tags and ad-click identifiers are used only when present in your URL and may be appended to subscription and Whop checkout links so a paid subscription can be attributed without setting tracking cookies on this site. You can clear all localStorage values at any time via your browser's site-data settings.

Watchlist preferences — the tickers you star on the X-Ray directory are remembered locally so the list persists between visits.
Recently viewed tickers — the X-Ray detail page surfaces the last few tickers you visited as a convenience link.
Campaign tags (utm_source / utm_campaign) — if you arrive through a tagged link or QR code, the source and campaign label may be held briefly so they can be appended to subscription and Whop checkout links.
Ad-click identifiers (gclid / msclkid) — if you arrive via a Google or Microsoft ad, that ad-click ID is held briefly so it can be appended to the Whop checkout URL when you click a subscribe button. This lets us recognize a paid subscription as ad-attributed without setting any tracking cookies on this site.
UI dismissal flags — small markers (e.g. whether you have already dismissed a one-time banner) so we don't re-show what you've already seen.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in basic site functionality and conversion measurement). Functional preferences rely on §25(2) TTDSG / Art. 5(3) ePrivacy where storage is required to provide the feature you requested.

Aggregate Visitor Measurement (Cloudflare Web Analytics and Workers Analytics Engine):
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics and Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) to measure aggregate page-view, funnel, and outbound-click counts. No cookies are set, no localStorage or sessionStorage is used by Cloudflare's analytics beacon, and no device fingerprinting occurs. Workers Analytics Engine records only event category, page path, sanitized referrer origin/path without query strings, UTM campaign fields when present, country code, and the clicked /go/ slug for redirect clicks. We do not store IP addresses, account identifiers, email addresses, or user-level journey IDs in these analytics events. Cloudflare processes the IP address transmitted as part of the request solely to deliver the page and provide aggregate infrastructure analytics; the IP is not stored by ThetaLoop as a visitor identifier and no cross-site tracking takes place. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in aggregate reach and conversion measurement). Data transfers to the USA are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Hosting & Infrastructure:
This website is served via Cloudflare Workers (cloudflare.com). Cloudflare may process technical data (IP addresses, request metadata) as part of its infrastructure services. Cloudflare's privacy policy applies: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy

All market data displayed on this website is derived from publicly available sources and processed algorithmically. No real-time market data feeds are redistributed. All data is delayed (end-of-day) and provided for research purposes only.

The quantitative scores, rankings, and research outputs published on ThetaLoop (Theta Compass score, X-Ray put-selling scores, sector breadth ratings, ticker research scores) are provided free of charge for personal research and educational use only. Redistribution, scraping, commercial reuse, republication, or incorporation into derivative products without prior written permission is not permitted. ThetaLoop publishes research, not financial advice — no offer, recommendation, or solicitation to buy or sell any security is made.

Your Rights (GDPR/DSGVO):
